Michael Rivera is a professional NDT Level III with nearly 20 years of experience in Nondestructive Testing, Quality Engineering, and Quality Management across highly regulated industries including military, aerospace, structural/additive manufacturing, and complex mechanical systems. He is a Certified Level III in Radiographic Testing (RT) Digital Radiography (DR), Computed Radiography (CR), Computed Tomography (CT), Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), AS9100D Lead Auditor, and holds an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Michael is also qualified as a Level III across all major NDT methods, including ET, MT, UT, and EWRT, enabling comprehensive technical oversight of multi-method inspection programs.
Michael has supported multiple aerospace primes and tier suppliers with the development, qualification, and execution of complex Digital Radiography and Computed Tomography inspection processes, including system qualification, procedure development, image quality optimization, and Nadcap readiness for critical aerospace components.
He serves as an active Nadcap Subscriber Voting Member and maintains strong working knowledge of AMS, ASTM, NAS-410, SNT-TC-1A, and AWS standards, providing clients with insight into current industry expectations and audit trends. His prior experience includes the U.S. Air Force, Walt Disney World, and Parker Aerospace. As Founder and Principal NDT Level III Consultant of MR Aerospace Inspections & Consulting, Michael works directly with clients to elevate inspection programs through technically rigorous, practical, and audit-ready solutions.
Nathaniel “Nathan” Brumley is an NDT Senior Consultant at MR Aerospace Inspections & Consulting, supporting aerospace and high-reliability manufacturing programs through disciplined, standards-driven nondestructive testing. His core expertise includes Radiographic Testing (RT), Computed Radiography (CR), Digital Radiography (DR), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI).
With formal technical education from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology and advanced digital radiography training through North Star Imaging, Nathan brings a strong technical foundation combined with practical, production-focused experience. He has supported inspection activities across multiple aerospace environments, contributing to casting evaluation, process verification, and digital image interpretation under MR Aerospace Level III governance.
Nathan is known for his professionalism, technical rigor, and ability to integrate seamlessly into customer operations, whether supporting production, development, or corrective action efforts. His approach reflects MR Aerospace’s commitment to precision, compliance, and long-term partnership with our customers.
Shayra Jorge is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of MR Aerospace Inspections & Consulting, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, operational infrastructure, and long-term growth planning. With more than 20 years of experience in government finance, budget management, and operational leadership, she brings the
structure, discipline, and strategic oversight that support MRA’s rapid expansion across the aerospace industry.
Before co-founding MRA, Shayra built a successful career in public-sector financial administration. Her background includes managing large departmental budgets, overseeing capital projects, conducting complex financial analyses, optimizing divisional workflows, and leading high performing teams through organizational change. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for improving financial visibility, strengthening compliance, and implementing systems that increase efficiency and accountability.
At MRA, Shayra oversees budgeting, financial reporting, contract review, payroll, procurement oversight, and operational planning for all divisions. Her leadership ensures the company operates with clarity and stability—from consulting and inspection services to training and strategic partnerships. She is deeply involved in building scalable systems that allow MRA to grow while maintaining excellence, integrity, and people-centered values. Her financial stewardship and operational insight continue to shape MRA’s trajectory as a boutique leader in advanced aerospace NDT solutions.
Yanina “Yani” Noble joined MRA with a passion for creating clarity, structure, and elevated learning experiences for our clients. With a background that spans system support, bilingual communications, SOP development, and administrative leadership, Yani brings a unique blend of creativity and discipline to the team. Throughout her career, Yani has focused on helping others succeed by transforming complex information into clear, practical, and usable tools. From training users on sophisticated systems to documenting operational processes and editing instructional content in both English and Spanish, she consistently bridges the gap between technical detail and effective learning—an approach that aligns seamlessly with MRA’s commitment to real-world, high-quality training.
At MRA, Yani serves as our Training & Marketing Coordinator, supporting course development, organizing training logistics, managing internal documentation, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping across our growing operations. Her attention to detail and ability to streamline workflows play a critical role in maintaining the professionalism and consistency that define the MRA brand. Fluent in English and Spanish and holding a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Yani is instrumental in shaping the learning experience we deliver to the aerospace and defense community. Her work behind the scenes strengthens our team, enhances our training programs, and ultimately supports the level of excellence our clients expect from MRA.
Ivan Rivera is a Senior Quality Engineer with over seven years of experience supporting quality management and manufacturing operations across the aerospace, defense, and medical device industries. He brings a strong foundation in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and production oversight within highly regulated environments.
Throughout his career, Ivan has played a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001,
AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards. His experience spans multiple quality disciplines, including validation activities such as IQ, OQ, and PQ, statistical testing, Production
Part Approval Process (PPAP), and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
In addition to his quality leadership, Ivan has extensive hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies. He is a Senior CMM programmer with expertise in Keyence platforms and multiple vision systems, supporting precision inspection and data-driven quality assurance. His combination of systems knowledge and technical execution strengthens MRA’s ability to support clients with robust, compliant, and efficient quality solutions.
Christopher “Chris” Creech is an experienced IT Specialist supporting secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments for regulated aerospace and defense operations. He brings deep expertise in technical support, system administration, and IT infrastructure management across both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
With a strong background in Windows server architecture, virtualization, and enterprise system management, Christopher has supported complex IT ecosystems utilizing tools such as Azure, Citrix, VMware, and Active Directory. His experience also includes
endpoint management, system security, and compliance driven IT operations within highly regulated industries.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and maintains a broad portfolio of industry certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner and multiple CompTIA credentials. His disciplined, security focused approach helps ensure MRA’s
systems remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with the operational needs of aerospace and defense clients.
MR Aerospace Inspections & Consulting maintains a vetted roster of qualified NDT inspectors specializing in RT, DR and CR to support short-term, long-term, and surge inspection needs across aerospace and defense manufacturing environments. Our inspection services roster includes certified Level II and Level III personnel with extensive experience in Digital Radiography (DR), Computed Radiography (CR), and Film Radiography (RT), supported by complementary expertise in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT), Eddy Current (ET), and Visual Testing (VT). All inspectors are qualified in accordance with NAS-410, SNT-TC-1A or applicable customer requirements and operate under MR Aerospace Level III governance.
Each inspector is screened, qualified, and approved through a controlled process that includes verification of training, experience, examinations, vision testing, and ongoing performance monitoring. DR inspectors are further supported by system qualification, image quality controls, and standardized digital workflows to ensure consistency and compliance across customer programs.
